Soul Pilgrimage is a 3-month intimate container for people seeking deeper relationship with the symbolic, imaginal, emotional, and unconscious dimensions of life.
Through 1:1 exploration and small group integration, we work with dreams, synchronicity, imagination, embodiment, and reflection to cultivate deeper self-awareness, meaning, and relationship with the psyche.
Together we will explore:
dreams and their symbolic language
synchronicities and meaningful patterns
active imagination and dialogue with inner figures
art, writing, reflection, movement, and somatic awareness
the relationship between inner imagery and lived experience
This is not about escaping reality, but deepening relationship with it.
Container Structure:
3-month container (12-weeks)
Cohort limited to 3 participants
Three 1:1 sessions per month
Three group integration calls per month
Private group chat for ongoing connection and reflection
Final integration / closing session
1:1 Sessions:
Individual sessions are spaces for deeper symbolic and subconscious exploration. These sessions may include dreamwork, active imagination, somatic awareness, meditation, reflective dialogue, or imaginal inquiry connected to current life experiences.
Group Integration Calls:
Group sessions offer space for witnessing, reflection, integration, and shared exploration. Calls may include meditation, somatic grounding, journaling prompts, symbolic inquiry, creative reflection, and group sharing.
